Terms of Agreement
By registering for this
webinar, attendees agree to the terms and conditions set
forth below:

Payment: Registration /
payment is per attendee.

CCHP Credit: Attendees that
hold the CCHP Credential through CHPA will receive one
(1) credit for participation in this webinar.

Registering Multiple Attendees:
We will be happy to handle the registration process for
companies with multiple attendees, if preferred. Simply
contact us at the phone or email below.

Group Rates:
Discounts are available to companies registering five
(5) or more participants for a specific webinar. Contact
us for details!

Unique User Link: A link
will be sent to each paid registrant for use in joining
the webinar. This link is unique to each attendee
(matches the registration information) and is not to be
shared with others. Please safeguard this confidential
information. Any additional attendees that enter the
webinar through your assigned link may be charged the
per-person webinar fee to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given to attendees that provide a
minimum cancellation notice of 3 days (72 hours)
prior to event. Cancellation must be confirmed in
writing via email / fax. Attendees that cancel with less
than 3-days / 72 hours notice will be given the full
credit value toward a future webinar or event. Credit
can be used for up to six (6) months from date of
cancelled event.
